Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and industry leaders

Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Represent Lead With Skills at industry events and conferences
Achieve quarterly and annual business development targets

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships
Experience in the EdTech, education, or technology industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
